The project derive its importance from KES keen to contribute to the transformation of the demographic burden to ably demographic strength through the promotion of small and medium enterprises, as this sector has proved to be one of the most efficient ways to create productive and stable jobs.

One of the most important activities carried out by the Business Hub is the Technical Guidance Training Program (TGTP). TGTP provides technical training workshops, managerial skills, and lectures pertaining to steps and aspects that need to be considered in market and economic feasibility studies for projects.  In addition to required procedure to develop business plans with the provision of clear examples in this regard.  Furthermore, TGTP provide information to participants on all the detail-licensing requirements, along with the sources to obtain basic information on economic sectors where the project will be undertaken.

To enhance the effectiveness of this project, KES has joined the MENA Businesswomen’s Network Hub. The goal of the partnership is to build a network of businesswomen in MENA region in order to increase the number of women in business, to enhance the value of those businesses to their regional economies, to advance the role of women in society, to promote a regional culture of women’s entrepreneurship and to empower women with the tools and knowledge to be advocates for change.
