Kuwait National Offset Company has approved EMPOWER Project, an initiative of Kuwait Economic society, as an offset project. EMOWER Project that aims at bridging the digital gap and information technology among generation and gender will be listed among the supported offset projects that can receive grants and donations from companies that have offset obligation.
